Students' Union
The Hong Kong Baptist University Students' Union (SU) represents the interest of undergraduate students. It aims to promote activities in the best benefit of all students and the University, to help coordinating various student organisations, and to cooperate with the University Administration for the common good of the University community. The Union Executives are the forefront members representing HKBUSU and serve as student representatives at various University committees. Being a member of SU, you have the rights and privileges to enjoy the welfare and benefit offered or arranged by SU. You will get the discount rate from the SU Cooperation shops and on various SU projects, and be eligible to get involved in a wide range of SU campaigns and competitions. Starting from last year, HKBU no longer collect the membership fee for SU. And Executive committee is hereby encouraging students to join as a member for enjoying the privilege we offered and facilitate our operation. The arrangements of membership fee will be released soon. Stay tune with our social media to get the latest information!

Judicial Council
Acting as an independent arbitration and judicial body of the Students' Union, the Judicial Council is responsible for handling all conflict solving and law-interpretation matters with regard of the Students' Union Constitution and its by-laws. 「仲以中貴 議惟義尊」為仲議會之格言。「仲者，居中也」，為各仲裁員在仲裁案件時恪守的宗旨，即以中立客觀的角度，不偏不倚地獨立進行審訊，確保來自不同架構或組織和身分各異的會員能在會章面前得到公平和平等的待遇。「義」，即正義，即在仲裁時以正義為尊，以法治為本，彰顯公義。
仲議會作為浸大學生會的獨立司法機關，負責處理會內一切仲裁及詮釋會章事宜。作為學生會會內法治精神的把關者，本會一直秉持「仲以中貴，議唯義尊」的宗旨，捍衛會章精神，解決會內糾紛，彰顯公義；同時履行第三權的責任，節制會內四大權力架構，確保權力間相互分立制衡。
